Terms and Conditions

Last updated

These terms govern your use of the StudyDote application and website. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are personal. Sharing an account, or accessing the service through someone else's credentials, is not permitted.

Subscriptions and payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout.
  • Prices are listed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • A subscription gives you access for its term and does not renew automatically unless the plan says so at the point of purchase.

Refunds

If the service is unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, contact support and we will extend your subscription or refund the affected period. Refunds are not offered for change of mind after substantial use of the content.

Content and licence

Questions, explanations, topic maps and analytics in StudyDote are our intellectual property or are licensed to us. You may use them for your own preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish or use them to build a competing product.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to extract the question bank in bulk, by automated means or otherwise.
  • Do not interfere with the service, its security or other users.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or impersonate another person.

No guarantee of results

StudyDote is a preparation tool. We work hard on the accuracy of our content and mapping, but we do not guarantee a particular examination result, rank or selection outcome.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is minor we will contact you first.

Changes to the service

Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. If we withdraw something central to a plan you have paid for, we will offer a pro-rata refund for the remaining term.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Kathmandu have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
